Support for Every Stage of Life
Therapy looks different for everyone, and the support we need changes as we move through life. From childhood through adulthood, we tailor our approach, tools, and ways of connecting to meet you where you are, with care that grows alongside you.
Our Therapy Services
Whole Care for the Whole You
-
Supporting Kids with Heart, Play, and Purpose. Helping Children Feel Seen, Heard, and Understood.
Big feelings don’t always come with the words to explain them. We use play, creativity, and conversation to help kids express themselves, explore challenges, and feel understood in ways that fit their age and interests.
Together, we build tools for navigating worry, friendships, family changes, and emotional ups and downs. We also partner with caregivers to strengthen connection and bring helpful strategies into everyday life.
-
Therapy That Speaks to Teens. Real Support for a Challenging Season of Life.
Between school, friendships, family expectations, and figuring out who you are, being a teen can feel like a lot. We create space for teens to show up as themselves, talk honestly, and feel taken seriously.
We balance emotional processing with practical tools for managing stress, navigating relationships, and building independence. Whenever possible, we involve caregivers to support communication and connection while respecting the teen’s need for privacy and trust. We want the work we do in session to be able to continue at home!
-
A Space to Be Seen, Heard, and Empowered. Therapy That Honors Your Story and Supports Your Growth
You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin therapy. Whether you’re navigating emotional struggles, relationship patterns, or a new chapter of life, we offer space to slow down and make sense of what you’re experiencing.
Together, we explore how your history, relationships, and current circumstances shape your day-to-day life. We combine meaningful reflection with practical tools to help you respond to challenges, connect with your needs, and move toward goals that matter to you.
-
Parenting kids and teens brings different challenges at every stage. Whether you’re navigating your child’s big feelings and daily routines or your teen’s growing independence, you can love them deeply and still feel unsure what to try next.
We help caregivers understand what may be driving their child’s struggles, set age-appropriate boundaries, and strengthen communication and connection. Together, we build practical approaches that balance emotional support with clear expectations—with room for your own feelings, needs, and experience as a parent.
-
Parenting across two homes can bring complicated feelings, differing expectations, and everyday challenges. We support co-parents of kids and teens in developing communication and routines that keep their children’s needs at the center.
Together, we work on transitions, parenting differences, and boundaries that help keep children out of adult disagreements. Our approach considers each child’s developmental stage, from younger kids’ need for predictability to teens’ growing need for independence.
-
Helping Families Heal, Grow, and Connect. Supportive Therapy for the Relationships That Matter Most
Families can care deeply about one another and still get caught in patterns that leave everyone feeling frustrated or misunderstood. We create space to hear different perspectives and understand how each person’s responses affect the whole family.
Together, we practice clearer communication, navigate conflict, and build opportunities for repair. Whether you’re facing sibling tension, parenting challenges, or a major transition, we help your family develop tools for moving forward with greater understanding and connection.
-
Strengthening Bonds, One Conversation at a Time. Compassionate Therapy for Couples at Every Stage
Relationships change over time, and sometimes the ways you connect or handle conflict stop working for you. We offer space to understand each other’s experiences and explore the patterns that leave you feeling distant, hurt, or stuck.
Together, we work on communication, trust, emotional closeness, and navigating differences. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or wanting to strengthen your relationship, we combine deeper exploration with practical ways to respond to one another with greater care.
Support Beyond the Therapy Hour
Sometimes meaningful change needs extra support in everyday life. From navigating the transition home after treatment to building routines or bringing providers together, we help create a plan that fits your needs.
-
Leaving treatment can bring relief, uncertainty, and a lot of questions about what comes next. We help teens, young adults, and families bridge the transition from residential or intensive treatment to everyday life with an individualized aftercare plan.
With providers that have extensive experience in the teen and young adult treatment world, we specialize in working with treatment centers, clients, and their families to develop an individualized aftercare plan to support their transition to a lower level of care.
Support may include coordinating with your treatment team, connecting outpatient providers, establishing home routines and expectations, and helping families put new skills into practice. Together, we work to carry the progress made in treatment into life at home, school, and beyond.
-
Sometimes the most useful place to practice a skill is where you need to use it. Our in-home support helps clients work on executive functioning and everyday life skills in their own environment.
We can help with organizing spaces, creating manageable routines, planning tasks, getting started, and following through. We approach these challenges with curiosity and practical tools, building systems that fit the person and helping caregivers support growing independence when appropriate.

Already have a therapist you trust, but need support in another area? You don’t have to start over. We offer additional services that can complement your existing care, including:
EMDR therapy
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
Aftercare case management
Parent coaching
Co-parenting coaching
Executive functioning and life skills coaching
With your permission, we collaborate with your existing providers to clarify goals and roles so your care feels connected. We’ll help you explore which services are a good fit and how they can work alongside the support you already have.
Investing in Your Care: Fees, Insurance & Payment Options
-
No, we are not paneled with any insurance companies. We are a private-pay practice, which gives us flexibility to tailor care to your needs: including session frequency, length, and services that insurance may not cover, such as in-home support, parent coaching, and coordination with other providers. Together, we can build a plan around what supports you best, without insurance authorization requirements or insurer-imposed session limits. Because we don’t bill insurance directly, we don’t routinely submit your diagnosis or session information to an insurance company.
-
Fees vary by clinician and service.
Associate therapists offer lower session rates, while licensed clinicians have higher rates. Sliding-scale options may be available based on financial need and clinician availability. Please reach out to explore what may work for you.
-
We can provide superbills to potentially our clients reimbursed for all or a portion of their sessions. A superbill is an itemized receipt that includes your provider’s information, services received, and relevant diagnosis and billing codes. For eligible services, you can submit it to your insurer to request reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits. Coverage varies by plan, provider credentials, and service; reimbursement is not guaranteed. Insurers may also request additional records when reviewing a claim, so we encourage you to confirm your benefits and documentation requirements beforehand.
